Working with [One of Many Studio]… was a dedicated time to slow down, take a breath and create space to be our authentic selves. What we thought was just going to be assisted direction for the theme and logistics of an event ended up rocking us to our cores. We were given a safe and brave space for uncomfortable topics and conversations that allowed us to be directly honest with one another, strengthening bonds and communications between board and staff during particularly stressful times... This work continues to echo and improve overall board and staff relations.
The most valuable thing was that this [event that OoM consulted on] had the most integrity of any event at our organization since I’ve been a part of it — every single aspect was in-tune and aligned with the overall theme and mission.

Nour and Britt are creative designers, devoted producers, and loving facilitators. I've had the pleasure of witnessing them in various spaces in the years leading up to the creation of One of Many Studio. Each time I've seen them lead, I've been impressed with the curiosity and intentionality they bring to the spaces they participate in and create. They have the wisdom, heart, and commitment to transform lives through the work that they do. I'm lucky to have worked alongside them and to know them as dear friends.

I had the distinct pleasure of sitting in a space curated and held by Britt and Nour recently, and it was one of the most grounded, loving, open, inviting, welcoming experiences I've had.
The way that Britt and Nour ask questions, set people up to feel heard is really special. And they bounce off each other's energies in a way that is super smooth, fluid, and very inviting, and welcoming, and creative at the same time. And I think anybody who is a space-holder of any kind or looking to facilitate rooms should spend time with Britt and Nour —to learn how to really effectively and powerfully and lovingly open a space, hold the space together, and... and close a space.
There's just a deep, deep thoughtfulness that both of them bring to their work and, truly, getting to see them create together is a work of art and it's... It's really beautiful. I can't recommend it enough.
